1. Reservations and Payments Once payment or a legitimate credit card guarantee is received, reservations are confirmed. The pricing quoted at the time of booking must be followed when paying for lodging and services.
2. In and Out Check-In Arrive at 12 PM, depart at 11 AM. There is an extra cost if a guest want to check out later. A legitimate ID card and the credit or debit card that will be used for payment must be shown during check-in.
3. Reductions and Absences The rate plan chosen at the time of booking determines the cancellation policies. Cancellations made during the non-refundable period or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
4. Responsibility Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property is not the responsibility of the Palazzo Inn Hotel unless it is directly brought on by our carelessness.
5. Behavior of Visitors We ask that visitors treat staff and other visitors with respect. Eviction without a refund is a possible consequence of inappropriate behavior, which includes disturbing guests or causing damage to hotel property.
